When to Email vs. When to Call

For most enquiries, email is the fastest route. Use it for questions about our book without a credit card policy, requests to adjust or cancel a reservation, queries about child seats, insurance options, or long-term hire rates.

Call us when you need an immediate answer - for example, if you are already at the airport and cannot locate the desk, or if your flight has been delayed and you need to push back your pickup time. Our airport staff at Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport are available around the clock for exactly these situations.

For general questions about driving in Athens - road rules, parking near the Acropolis, or the best route from the airport to Syntagma Square - our team is happy to share local knowledge by either channel.

Where to Find Our Offices in Athens

Our main operation is based in central Athens, within easy reach of Syntagma Square and the Monastiraki district. If you are arriving by metro from Piraeus Port or from the southern suburbs along the coast, our city office is a short walk from the nearest station.

For travelers flying in, our dedicated desk at Athens International Airport (ATH) is located in the arrivals hall. No shuttle bus, no waiting - just show your booking reference and driving license, and you are on your way. The airport desk is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, which makes it the right choice for early-morning or late-night arrivals from destinations like London, Berlin, or Dubai.

If you booked a hotel delivery option, a team member will bring the car to your accommodation anywhere within the central Athens area, including neighborhoods like Kolonaki, Exarchia, Psiri, and Koukaki. Please confirm the delivery address and preferred time by email at least 24 hours in advance.

A Note on Bookings and Deposits

When you contact us about a new reservation, we will remind you of what makes our service different: there is no deposit required on most vehicle categories, and you do not need a credit card to complete your booking. A debit card is fully accepted. This applies whether you are collecting from the airport desk, the city office, or requesting hotel delivery.

If you have already booked and need to make a change, our team can modify pickup times, swap vehicle categories subject to availability, or process a cancellation at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled collection. Just email us with your booking reference and we will handle the rest.
